Hudson River Financial FCU hosted its 2019 Home Buyers Seminar on Thursday, May 16th, at the Yorktown Community and Cultural Center.  Members in attendance were able to get a detailed overview of the mortgage process from VP and COO Chris Powers, VP of Marketing and Member Experience Mike Mattone, and Chris Papagni from Hudson River Financial’s Mortgage team.

Topics discussed included pre-qualifications and pre-approvals, documentation required to obtain a mortgage, credit scores and other factors that impact your ability to obtain a mortgage, the appraisal process, the closing process and closing costs, and more.
