Following Governor Cuomo’s recommended four-phase reopening plan, Hudson River Financial Federal Credit Union is included in Phase 2, which means we will be opening our branch for in-person visits by appointment only beginning Monday, June 15, 2020.

These in-person appointments cover any transaction or financial service need you may have, and you can schedule by calling us at 914-526-4015.

Things to keep in mind if you plan to make an appointment:

  • Members will be required to wear a mask upon entering our branch (masks will not be provided)
  • Our lobby capacity will require us to limit the number of members to 8 at a time
  • Appointments are for Hudson River Financial members only, NO Shared Branching at this time.

In order to continue to keep our members and employees safe, we still strongly recommend utilizing all of the available Hudson River Financial tools and resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access through our mobile and online services. We proudly provide our members with banking technology that allows them to conduct transactions remotely. If you’re unfamiliar with our online banking and mobile app, it allows you to do the following wherever you are:

  • View account balances
  • Transfer funds
  • Pay loans
  • Access account history
  • View recent transactions
  • Receive alerts for account activity
  • Remote Check Deposit
  • Bill Pay Service
  • Find the Nearest All Point ATM
  • Apply for a Loan
