As you know, our branch has been open on a by-appointment-only basis for the last several weeks. Especially given COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the country, we want to make sure we’re doing everything possible to keep both our employees and members like you safe during this time. As such, we will now begin allowing a limit of 8 members into our lobby at a time to conduct in-person transactions without making an appointment.
At this time, Shared Branching is still suspended. Shared Branching members are advised to contact their Credit Union.
Although the branch is open, we still encourage you to manage your accounts remotely whenever possible. Here’s a reminder of what can be done using our technology tools or by calling the branch:
- Loan applications
- Depositing a check via mobile deposit in our app
- Loan payments
- Balance inquiries
- Transferring funds between your HRFFCU accounts
- Ordering a debit card
